Our Transport Manager’s Compliance Pack template is for both HGV and PCV Operators. It contains all the requisite policies and procedures, risk assessments, declarations, and helpful tools, essential in helping you to efficiently manage your fleet with ease. When you apply for an Operator’s Licence, you will be required to demonstrate you have effective management of your fleet. The traffic commissioner will need to see you are in full control of your operation and in order to do this, a full set of policies and procedures is a must. Taking a logical and methodical approach, our compliance packs will assist you in achieving full compliance for you and your fleet.
Once purchased, download the pack and work through the to-do list/status/review document, taking note of the yellow highlighted sections, this is where you need to make specific adjustments.
Although the compliance pack is comprehensive, please note that it is a template.
